On March 1, 2017, Executive Vice Director of IAHS Peimin Ni participated in an "Author-meets-critics" session dedicated to his book titled Confucius, the Man and the Way of Gongfu (Rowman & Littlefield, 2016) at the Central APA (American Philosophical Association) meeting held in Kansas City, USA, and responded to his commentators, Professor Chenyang Li of Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, Professor Douglas Berger of Southern Illinois University, and Professor Huaiyu Wang of Georgia College and State University. After this he joined the three commentators in a lively discussion with the audience.
